Ambassador Paki holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Harvard Law School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. Ambassador Paki also studied at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and the International Law Institute in Washington, DC. While at Harvard, he was a member of a select seven member Harvard International Law Society delegation that was chosen to represent Harvard Law School on a study tour of the European Union.
Ambassador Paki is a member of several educational, public service and other nonprofit organizations, including the Rotary Club of Washington DC, Harvard Club of Washington DC, the Harvard Alumni Association, and the Fulbright Association, where he has served on the International Selection Committee for the J. William Fulbright Prize for International Understanding, which honors individuals who have made extraordinary contributions toward promoting greater understanding amongst peoples and cultures (past recipients of the Fulbright Prize include former presidents Nelson Mandela, Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter). Prior to his appointment as Ambassador, Evan worked as a banking and finance lawyer at Baker & McKenzie, a U.S.-based global law firm, at the firm’s offices in Sydney, Australia. He has also worked at the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, a member of The World Bank Group, Washington, DC. In addition to having practiced law in Papua New Guinea, and serving as a Visiting Law Lecturer at the University of Papua New Guinea School of Law (where he graduated with Honors in Law), Ambassador Paki also served as an advisor on mineral, oil and gas taxation issues within the Papua New Guinea Internal Revenue Commission.

Ambassador (ret.) Douglas W. Kmiec is Caruso Family Chair and Professor of Constitutional Law & Human Rights, Pepperdine University. In addition to being an author and syndicated columnist, he has been privileged to serve Democratic and Republican presidents alike. Until recently, upon nomination by President Obama and confirmation by the Senate, he was U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Malta, where he completed the construction of a $125.5 million embassy compound and upgraded the security and economic ties between the Mediterranean and the U.S. When Qaddafi met the call for political reform with violence threatening civilian populations, the Ambassador successfully organized a rescue of the staff of Embassy-Tripoli and hundreds of other foreign nationals from Libya with a catamaran. Ambassador Kmiec had previously served as head of the Office of Legal Counsel (U.S. Assistant Attorney General) for Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush, where his opinion writing led to the non-discriminatory application of federal law to those handicapped by AIDS. The Ambassador’s academic career includes serving as Dean & St. Thomas More Professor of The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and Professor and Director of the Center on Law & Government at the University of Notre Dame, where the Ambassador taught for close to two decades. A Distinguished 40th Anniversary Fulbright Scholar (Hong Kong; Kuala Lapur), White House Fellow, and honorary degree recipient, the Ambassador is a graduate of Northwestern and USC.

Edwin L. Cooper, PhD, ScD

Dr. Edwin L. Cooper, PhD, ScD is the Distinguished Professor, Laboratory of Comparative Neuroimmunology, Department of Neurobiology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, University of California, Los Angeles, and is the Founding Editor-in-Chief of eCAM (Evidence Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine; an Oxford Journal publication). Dr. Cooper received his PhD (Biology) from Brown University in 1963 and was a post-doctoral fellow at UCLA School of Medicine, in Infectious Diseases (now Microbiology, Immunology, Medical Genetics). He became Assistant Professor and Vice Chairman of Anatomy (now Department of Neurobiology) and Full Professor 1973. He has taught immunobiology to the first dental class (1964) as chair of the first histology course for medical students since 1971. Professor Cooper has lectured extensively in Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and has held Visiting Research appointments in immunology departments through prestigious awards: Agency for International Development (AID), National Polytechnic Institute, Mexico City, 1966; Guggenheim and Fulbright, Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden, 1970; Eleanor Roosevelt, Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, Lausanne, Switzerland, 1977; Fulbright, Cairo University, Egypt, 1985; Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, Yamaguchi University, 1988; Alexander von Humboldt, Greifswald University, Germany, 2000-. The NSF, NIH, the Am Can Society, and the UCMEXUS Program have funded his research. He is the author/editor of more than 25 books and several hundred other publications dealing with comparative immunology, invertebrate immune systems and evolution of neuroimmune systems. He founded the international journal: Developmental and Comparative Immunology (DCI) in 1977, (Elsevier) and founded and was second president of the journal’s society (ISDCI). His current research interests include antimicrobial peptides and CAM mechanisms with applications to biomedicine. For CAM, Professor Cooper co-organized the International Symposium on Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Kanazawa, Japan, 2002 and is published the proceedings by Kluwer Publishers, New York. He is now Founding Editor in Chief of the new journal: Evidence Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine, (eCAM) published by Oxford University Press (2004). He is a charter member of the new International Society of Complementary and Medical Research (ISCMR); has served as Program Officer and President of the American Society of Zoologists (now Society for Integrative and Comparative Biology). He is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the American, British and French Societies of Immunology. He has been awarded Docteur Honoris Causa from five American and European universities and appointed as Senior Visiting Scientist, Institute for Advanced Studies, University of Bologna, Italy, 2006. In 2006 he was elected to the Erfurt Academy of Erfurt Germany.

Thomas A. Gionis, MD JD MPH MBA MHA LLM

Dr. Thomas A. Gionis serves as President & Chairman of the Board of Directors, Fulbright Academy of Law, Peace and Public Health and is also the current UCLA Visiting Scholar in Public Health, UCLA School of Public Health. Dr. Gionis served is Fulbright Scholar award in Prague, Czech Republic; he has also served as a United States Fulbright PEER Review Committee Member Global / Public Health. Dr. Gionis is a Fellow, American College of Legal Medicine; Fellow, American Institute for Healthcare Quality; and Fellow, International College of Surgeons; and Distinguished Fellow, Royal Society of Fellows.
Dr. Gionis serves as President, Aristotle University (USA) and Dean and Professor of Public Health and Public Health Law, Aristotle University School of Public Health. Dr. Gionis formerly served as Founding Dean and Professor of Law, Aristotle University College of Law. Dr. Gionis has been an invited Lecturer at the UCLA School of Public Health, where he lectured in Health Law and Principles of Global Health. Additionally, Dr. Gionis is a frequent Invited Lecturer in Bioethics at international United Nations UNESCO meetings, and has served as Chairman, Joint Study Committee on Clinical Research Ethics (Joint Program of Fulbright Academy of Science and Technology & American Board of Healthcare Law and Medicine).
Dr. Gionis has been recognized as the youngest individual in United States to be awarded the medical degree (M.D.); he graduated high school at 16 years of age and in approximately one year completed 3 ½ years of college thereby starting medical school at 17, and was awarded the M.D. degree at 21 years of age. He obtained his M.D. degree from the Medical University of South Carolina; J.D. degree (Cum Laude), John Marshall Law School; L.L.M., St. Thomas University School of Law; M.B.A., Pepperdine University Graduate School of Business; M.H.A., Seton Hall University, Center for Public Service; and his M.P.H., University of California, Los Angeles (U.C.L.A.). In addition to serving as Professor of Law at Aristotle University, Dr. Gionis serves as Adjunct Professor in Law, Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Walter H. & Dorothy B. Diamond International Tax Program. He has previously served and taught law as Adjunct Professor in Law (LL.M. program), Walter H. & Dorothy B. Diamond International Tax Program, St. Thomas University School of Law (Miami, Fl), and as Adjunct Professor in Law (JD program) also at St. Thomas University School of Law. Dr. Gionis completed his general surgery residency and cardiovascular surgery fellowship at Tulane Medical Center- Charity Hospital, New Orleans, Louisiana, and his Research Fellowship in Emergency Medicine, Harvard University-Massachusetts General Hospital, Department of Emergency Medicine Research (MGH) Boston. He taught advanced trauma life support at Harvard-MGH for 18 years – pro bono. He also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Joseph and Gionis, LLC (USA, UAE).

Profressor Kristin Anne Haglund

Professor Kristin Anne Haglund, Ph.D., PNP, FNP, APRN, served her Fulbright scholarship lecturing and conducting research on the topic of advancing international educational exchange in nursing at the University of Sheffield, Sheffield, United Kingdom. Professor Haglund is an Associate Professor, College of Nursing, Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI. Her research focuses on adolescent sexuality with emphasis on sexual risk reduction, dating relationships and dating violence among at-risk, urban adolescents. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Dr. Haglund’s teaching focus is pediatric primary care for nurse practitioners.

Ms. Rechtsanwältin Asma Hussain, LL.M.

Ms. Rechtsanwältin Asma Hussain, LL.M., is the current Associate Director Compliance, EMEA, at Zimmer GmbH, Zurich, Switzerland and is a licensed Attorney at Law in Germany. Ms. Hussain previously served as Director of Global Ethics & Compliance, EMEA at Eaton Industries in Cleveland (USA) and in Morges (Switzerland); Attorney at law / Chief Compliance Officer (clients e.g. Körber AG); Project Head M&A in the World Headquarter of EnBW AG; and for seven years as Senior Legal Counsel (Prokuristin / Leitende Angestellte) at Degussa / Evonik in Germany and in China. After concluding her preliminary studies at Gymnasium an der Stadtmauer, Ms. Hussain attended the Universität Heidelberg where she studied law (First Bar Exam) under a Scholarship by the German National Academic Founcation (Studienstifung des deutsches Volkes). Afterwards, she studied law and received her LL.M. at the University of Georgia under a Fulbright Scholarship. She passed her Second Bar Exam at the High Court of Frankfurt am Main and worked during an internship at the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Ms. Melina Kapeliou

Ms. Melina Kapeliou served her Fulbright Scholarship at Harvard Law School where she obtained a LLM (Corporate Law and Governance) in 2010. She has also received an LLM (Finance) from the Institute for Law and Finance at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University of Frankfurt, and received her Law Degree from the Law Faculty of of Athens, Greece in 2007. She is admitted to the practice of law in New York and Greece and speaks Greek, French and German fluently. She currently serves as an Associate in the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP (London) where she practices in the fields of Corporate, Capital Markets, and Corporate Governance. Prior to joining Fried Frank, she worked for the European Commission where she dealt with issues of free movement of capital and financial integration.

Ms. Julia Khort

Ms. Julia Khort is a Fulbright Scholar at Northwestern University School of Law (Chicago), where she is researching “Joint-stock Financing: Shareholders’ and Creditors’ Interests Protection” for the purpose of developing recommendations for improving protection of investors’ rights at the Ukrainian stock market so as to improve investment climate of Ukraine. She has worked in the Scientific Research Institute of the Innovative Development Legal Providing of National Academy of Legal Studies of Ukraine as Senior Research Fellow from June 2010 until October 2011, and has also served as a Member of a working group for the Project of Innovative Code of Ukraine (Chapter IV “Subjects of the Innovative Activity and Participants of the Innovative Relations”), October 2010− April 2011. Julia received her law degree and a PhD in Law at the National ‘Jaroslav the Wise’ Law Academy of Ukraine, Kharkiv. She is a member of the law firm Kibenko, Onika and Partners (Ukraine) and is a Module Leader of Tempus Programme on International Aspects of Corporate Law and Governance at the National University “Yaroslav the Wise Law Academy of Ukraine” (which is a LLM and MA Program with both the Yaroslav the Wise National Law Academy of Ukraine and Hertfordshire University, Great Britain). Ms. Khort also serves as an Assistant Professor of the Department of Business Law at the National University “Yaroslav the Wise Law Academy of Ukraine.”

Professor In Ho Kim

Professor In Ho Kim is currently Professor of Law, in the College of Law, at Ewha Woman’s University, Seoul, Korea. Professor Kim was a Fulbright Scholar to George Washington University, School of Law, International and Comparative Legal Studies, Washington, DC, where he collaborated with Dr. Susan Karamanian. He has also served as Visiting Scholar at University of British Columbia School of Law and as Visiting Scholar at Santa Clara University School of Law. Professor Kim received his Bachelor of Laws from the Seoul National University College of Law, and completed his JD, Littlefield International Graduate Fellowship from Standford Law School, and his LL.M. from Standford Law School. Professor Kim’s research during his Fulbright concerned: Environmental Damage Under Oil Pollution Liability and Compensation Regimes. He served his Fulbright responsibilities from September of 2006 through March of 2007. Professor Kim is a member of the California State Bar, and has also passed the Foreign Higher Civil Service Examination, Administrative Higher Civil Service Examination, and the Patent Bar.

Professor Lewis A. Kirshner

Professor Lewis A. Kirshner has approximately 46 years of experience as a physician. Dr. Kirshner graduated from Wesleyan University, Connecticut, and did medical training at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA, following which he completed an Internship at Mt. Zion Hospital, San Francisco, CA, He finished his Psychiatry Residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York. Following military service as a USAF psychiatrist, he held a two year fellowship at the Harvard University Health Services in college mental health. Professor Kirshner is a graduate of the Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute and a Training and Supervising Analyst. His major career interests have been in the area of psychoanalytic psychiatry and clinical research. In past years, he served as Director of In-Patient Psychiatry at Mt. Auburn Hospital, Cambridge, MA, was founding Medical Director of the Metropolitan Beaverbrook Mental Health Center, and Chief, Mental Health, Harvard Community Health Plan. Since 1992, he has taught in the Harvard South Shore Residency Program at the V.A. Medical Center, Brockton, Mass, where he directs psychodynamic training. Dr. Kirshner served as a Fulbright Scholar (Medical Sciences) in Ghent, Belgium while a Professor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. He also served as a visiting Professeur Associé, Centre de recherche en psychologie clinique, Université Lumière 2, Lyon, France, from 1998-2003. He is a distinguished Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.

Professor Herng Ching Lin

Professor Herng Ching-Lin served his Fulbright Scholarship in Public/Global Health at the University of South Carolina-Columbia where his research was in the field of Health Services Policy and Management; at that time Professor Herng Ching-Lin was Professor and Chairman of the School of Health Care Administration at Taipei Medical University in Taiwan, ROC. Professor Herng Ching-Lin is a prolific author and researcher in a wide variety of public health topics and has served on the Editorial Board of the Taiwan Journal of Public Health. He currently serves as Professor in the School of Health Care Administration at Taipei Medical University.

Professor Anastasiya Lukash

Ms. Anastasiya Lukash is currently a Researcher at the Institute of Criminology, University of Zurich, Switzerland, Research Group of Prof. Martin Killias. She is studying juvenile delinquency in the Third International Self Report Delinquency Studies. She obtained her Masters in Law and her Ph.D. in Law from the National University “Yaroslaw the Wise Law Academy of Ukraine,” Kharkiv, Ukraine. There she also taught Criminology, Criminal Executive Law and Legal Statistics as an Assistant Professor (Department of Criminology and Penal Law, National University “Yaroslaw the Wise Law Academy of Ukraine,” Kharkiv, Ukraine). Ms. Lukash served as a Fulbright Scholar at School of Criminal Justice, Roger Williams University (Bristol, Rhode Island), where she researched domestic violence in the United States and in Ukraine in a comparative aspect. Among her research interests are juvenile delinquency, sexual crimes and domestic violence.

Mrs. Sonia Oster

Ms. Sonia Oster is President of the Argentine Fulbright Alumni Association, where she previously served as a Board Member for several years. Ms. Oster has founded Aprentica.com, an Open Social Learning platform which helps democratize higher-education and strengthen universities and professors worldwide by helping them outreach a broader audience and effectively shift to an online collaborative environment. Ms. Oster is currently the CEO of Aprentica.
Ms. Oster has served as a Professor at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) in its Atlanta campus; an Associate Professor at Universidad de Monterrey, Mexico; and as a Visiting Professor at the University of Applied Sciences Salzburg, Austria. Prior to her teaching career, Ms.Oster worked in Spain, Austria, Argentina and the United States for companies such as Sony, IBM and CompuServe, among others and had been a consultant for organizations such as the European Commission and the United Nations. Mrs. Oster served her Fulbright scholarship at The Ohio State University, where she obtained her MFA in Visual Communication Design with focus on New Media. She received her graduate diploma, in multimedia, through an AECI (Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional) Scholarship in Madrid, Spain; and she received her Bachelor of Arts (Licenciatura) in Graphic Design from Universidad de Belgrano (Buenos Aires, Argentina) where she graduated with honors. Mrs. Oster also studied Gobernabilidad y Gerencia Política (Public Administration) at Universidad de San Andrés and George Washington University, and Information Science at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Professor Michele R. Pistone

Professor Pistone is Professor and Director Clinic for Asylum, Refugee and Emigrant Services, Villanova University, School of Law, Villanova PA. Prior to joining the Villanova faculty in 1999, Professor Pistone was a teaching fellow in the asylum clinic (Center for Applied Legal Studies) at Georgetown University Law Center. Professor Pistone received her B.S. cum laude New York University, her J.D. cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law, and her LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center. At St. John’s, she was a member of the St. John’s Law Review. Before joining the Villanova faculty in 1999, she served as the Legal Director of Human Rights First in Washington, D.C., where she emerged as a leading advocate for justice in the immigration law system. In 2006, Professor Pistone was granted a Fulbright Scholarship to lecture at the University of Malta. Professor Pistone is Co-Chair of the ABA Committee on Clinical and Skills Education of ABA Section on Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar, and member of the Planning Committee for the Joint ABA, AALS and CLEA Celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the Council on Legal Education for Professional Responsibility (CLEPR), and on the Executive Committee of the International Human Rights Law Section. Professor Pistone also serves on the International Advisory Board for the Mediterranean Journal of Human Rights. Professor Pistone’s research and teaching interests focus on asylum and refugee law, immigration law, migration, clinical education, and Catholic social thought.

Professor Zhang Qi

Professor Zhang Qi served as a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University Law School as a Fulbright Scholar on the Methods of Judicial Precedent System in America, from Sept. 2010 – July 2011. Professor Zhang Qi is currently Professor of Law, Peking University Law School, and Executive Director, Institute of Comparative Law and Legal Sociology at Peking University Law School. He received his LL.B., Jilin University, Jan.1982, Law; LL.M., Peking University, July 1987, Legal theory; and his Ph.D., Peking University, December 1997, Jurisprudence. At Peking University Law School Professor Zhang Qi teaches Chinese Judicial System; Comparing Legal Systems of China and the U.S.; Jurisprudence; Comparative Law; Study on Western Philosophy of Law, and supervises students’ research in: judicial system, jurisprudence, comparative law, study on Western philosophy of law, torts, comparative legislative systems of China and the US.

Professor Radhika Rao

Professor Radhika Roa, is a Professor of Law at University of California – Hastings College of Law. Professor Rao was selected to be a Fulbright Distinguished Professor: she held the Trento Chair in Law at the University of Trento, Italy. She received her undergraduate degree Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College in Physics and Chemistry, and received her J.D. degree from Harvard Law School from which she graduated magna cum laude. Born in India, Radhika Rao moved to the United States when she was one year old; she grew up in Massachusetts. While attendeding Harvard College, she served as a news anchor for WHRB news and also acted in various plays. After spending a year working for a securities firm in Tokyo, she decided to abandon science for a career in the law. While at Harvard Law School, she served as Supreme Court Editor of the Harvard Law Review. After graduation, she clerked for Judge Richard Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Justices Harry Blackmun and Thurgood Marshall of the United States Supreme Court. Professor Rao teaches and writes in the areas of constitutional law, comparative constitutional law, property, and the law of the human body. She has been a visiting professor at Brooklyn Law School, the University of Michigan Law School, and the University of Trento in Italy. Professor Rao has written articles on abortion, assisted reproduction, cloning, stem cell research, genetic privacy, gene patenting, and property rights in the human body, some of which have been translated into Italian and Chinese. She was a member of the California Advisory Committee on Human Cloning, and currently serves on the California Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research Advisory Committee. In 2008, Professor Rao was selected to be a Fulbright Distinguished Professor: she held the Trento Chair in Law at the University of Trento, Italy.

Professor Inga Dora Sigfusdottir is currently a Research Professor, Teacher´s College, Columbia University (New York) and a Professor at Reykjavik University (Iceland). She is the recipient of two Fulbright Scholarship awards (2001 and 2010). Professor Sigfusdottir received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Master of Arts in Sociology (with Distinction), both from the University of Iceland. She received her Ph.D. in Sociology from Pennsylvania State University. She has served as Visiting Professor, University of California, Irvine, and has been requested to serve as Co-advisor for Ph.D. students at the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden; King´s College, London; Teacher´s College, Columbia University; and the Nordic School of Public Health. Her scientific work has focused on the study of risk and protective factors in the prevention of adolescent delinquency and, more recently, health related behaviour, particularly substance use. She is currently the PI of an interdisciplinary group of scholars in the US and Europe, which is developing a longitudinal, bio-social study of children. She has written three books (all in Icelandic) on adolescent lifestyle and leisure activities and over 45 articles in international peer reviewed scientific journals. In conjunction with her research activities, she has provided academic leadership as both the founder and CEO of a social science research institute, the Icelandic Centre for Social Research and Analysis (ICSRA) and as the Founding Dean of the School of Health and Education, Reykjavik University. At ICSRA she and her colleagues built a nationwide, annually-updated database on various aspects of health and behavior among school-age children and adolescents. She has authored numerous reports and provided leadership in the area of Icelandic social research and social policy. Professor Sigfusdottir currently serves as Associate Editor of BMC Public Health and is on the Editorial Board of Health Education & Behavior. She has served as a Member of the Committee Nordic Youth Research Information (NYRI), under the auspices of the Nordic Council of Ministers; as Iceland’s Youth Research Correspondent for the Council of Europe; Project Director in Iceland for ESPAD (European School Survey Project of Alcohol and other Drugs); Project Director of An Evaluation of Scholarly Work at the University of Iceland, Ministry of Education; and Project Director of the National Science Council project Basic science in Iceland; Appraisal, Prospects and Policy.

Professor Leah Vriesman is Director, UCLA Executive Education Programs in Health Management and Assistant Professor of the Program in Health Policy and Management in the Department of Health Services, UCLA School of Public Health; she is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado-Denver, in Pharmaceutical Marketing Management. As a 2010-2011 United States Fulbright grant recipient and German Scholar Exchange award winner, Dr. Vriesman served as Professor at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences, in Bavaria, Germany, where she taught Health Management and Hospital and Healthcare Strategy, Marketing. Dr. Vriesman is UCLA’s Co-Principle Investigator on the National Center for Healthcare Leadership’s research studying the relationship between graduate health management curriculums with educational outstanding new leaders in the field. Dr. Vriesman received her PhD in Health Services Research from UCLA, and her MHA and MBA in Strategy from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis.

Professor Sumalee Wongwitit

Professor Sumalee Wongwitit served her Fulbright Scholarship conducting research concerning pharmaceutical patent protection under the US-Thailand Free Trade Agreement, at the Indiana University–Bloomington, School of Law, Bloomington, IN. Professor Wongwitit currently serves as Associate Professor of Law at the Ramkhamhaeng University, Faculty of Law, Thailand; where she has also served as Vice-Rector; Head of the Department of Law for Development; Assistant Dean of Student Affairs; and Faculty of Law Committee Member. For approximately the past 18 years, Professor Wongwitit has served as a Lecturer at the Police Cadet Academy, the Royal Thai Police Department, Thailand, where she lectures on Constitutional law, Computer law, Competition Law. She has also served as a member of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (Thailand); The National Research Council of Thailand, Sub-committee for Drafting on Intellectual property Bill; Member of Board of Directors, The Broadcasting and Internet Commission of Khonkan University; and Lecturer at Wongchaowalitgul College, Faculty of Law, Nakornratchasima, Thailand, on the Law of Tort, International Trade Law and International Economic Law.
Professor Wongwitit She received her Higher Certificate in Education from the Teachers Training College, Nakornsawan, Thailand; Bachelor of Law from Ramkhamhaeng University, Faculty of Law, Thailand; Master of Comparative Jurisprudence (MCJ) in International economic law from Howard University School of Law, Washington, D.C.; and her Ph.D. of Development Administration (Public Policy) in the International Program of the National Institute of Development Administration (Thailand). She has received additional education from the Singapore WIPO: Third Countries Training Programme Regional Capacity Building (Singapore); WIPO-WTO Colloquium for Teachers of Intellectual Property (Geneva); AOTS Training in Patent Law (Japan); and received a Faculty Fellowship Grant in Law under the CUESP Project (University of Exeter, UK).
